My name is Keith W. Trowbridge and I developed the first successful purpose-built interval ownership resort in the United States in 1974 in Florida.

To give you some background on me, I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. I received a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in 1971, moved to Sanibel, Florida in 1974 and began developing timeshare units for sale such as Caribbean Beach Club, Estero Island Beach Club, Sand Castle Resort and Club, Vanderbilt Beach and Harbour Club to name a few. I was fortunate enough to be in the forefront of timeshare resorts.

I sold my shares of the business in Captran Resorts International and opened my own executive search firm, Executive Quest, Inc., the executive search firm for the resort/fractional/timeshare industry. We recruit qualified candidates with a timeshare/ hospitality background. Candidates are placed throughout North and South America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Australia.
